Scott Budnick, Kim Kardashian Debate Criminal Law and Procedure

Kim Kardashian, Uzo Aduba, Chrissy Teigen and B.J. It included Novak, director/producer Scott Budnick. His one-day program to bring television writers, producers and executives together with cultural changers is being curated, at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills by the cultural change agency Invisible Hand and The Hollywood. It was done in close cooperation with the Reporter. The day’s discussions will inspire future scripts and Kardashian and Budnick split with host Baratande Thurston after realizing how flawed the system was, especially for people of color. We sat down at a panel on How to Get It Done in America and talked about the long-running movement for prison reform. I led the Anti-Recidivism Coalition, an organization dedicated to ending mass incarceration. It was the best five years of my life, Budnick said. After five years of leading that organization, I realized that the key to helping humanize the men, women, and children I worked with was to pass on their experiences. Due to the universal nature of the question “How can I help?” I think it’s important to tell stories. You’re like, “What can you do?” Kardashian continued. Someone once asked me why he was only working on one case. Take action on the policy. And I told them I don’t care if you have a rap sheet or a face.
