About the film, director Ayan Mukerji said: I grew up listening to stories about Indian history and mythology and was always fascinated by them, and I wanted to create a story that was deeply rooted in his history of Indian spirituality, yet with modern twists and turns. Inspired by the many films that have brought fantasy worlds to life, we envisioned creating the world of Brahmastra in a way that challenges the boundaries of Indian cinema. Namit and his team have been an integral part of this journey and have worked hard with me to bring this adventure film to life. The cast’s hard work has allowed us to deliver a movie like never before to the audience. ”
