Olivia Wilde talks to Kelly Clarkson about her family life and split with Jason Sudeikis

Olivia Wilde She’s been in the news a lot lately, especially because of all the controversy surrounding her movie Don’t Worry Darling, but one of the most prominent issues weighing down her life at the moment is: Breaking up with her. Jason Sudeikis she shares two children, Otis, 8, and Daisy, 5.

Olivia recently appeared Kelly Clarkson talk show about what it’s like to reshape and rebuild your family structure.

Olive began by explaining to Clarkson what this whole process of going through a split with children was like.

“I think it’s hard to remake a family. One advantage is that you can have very deep conversations with your children about emotions, happiness, the meaning of family, love. In a different way.”

She continued:

“My priority is them. That’s what it is. As long as they’re happy and healthy, my ex and I agree. They’re everything to us.”

Olivia also went ahead and commented on the fact that everything she and her family have to go through has been very public.

“If you can surround them with lots of love, that’s fine. But we’re not doing it privately, so it’s difficult.”

Yet, despite all the hardships, Olivia chose to be grateful and realized that she and her family had a lot to be grateful for. She described it in these words:

“The problem is that it’s hard. Sometimes it’s hard. But at the end of the day, I’m very lucky … There are people everywhere dealing with real health crises. , I’m alive, my kids are alive and that’s what gets me through. I’m reminded of that every day.”
