Well I loved the whole process. In fact, it was so much fun to have the opportunity to be a 70-year-old woman. I think she has grown a lot as a person and as an actress. It taught me more empathy and reassured me that studying and being sensitive to my work and devoting time to it would work….This character is one that I love and love. I think it also gave me the opportunity to explore singing the Bolero that I admire. I was very happy with the results.
How was it working with Veronica Castro again?
I met her on the set of flower house And we became good friends. When I found out that I would be working with him on this film, I was worried that we would probably be on the same set, but in the end we would literally be sharing the same characters, and there was a lot about where we wanted to go. I told you to take Malena. It was great. She’s a great actress, a great person, a great friend and partner. So, I remember this experience with a lot of fondness.
What is it like to represent different characters and personalities?
I’m trying to fall in love with a character in a story and that excites me. I do a lot of preparation before going on set. I think you can navigate different roles by studying a lot. It goes a long way in bringing the characters you draw to life.
