“Wait a minute,” one wrote, “Did you miss that she’s pregnant?”

Kourtney replied, “No, but you’re missing a female body.”

Many other fans, including her sister, flooded in to admire the Poosh founder’s looks. Khloe Kardashianwrote, “You are gorgeous.”
