But Daniel didn’t just paint this vulnerable story. As Daniel detailed, her Alberta monologue came out of her conversation with her showrunner, declaring that she had to be her own “biggest fan.”
“We talked a lot about that scene,” she recalled. “They were like, ‘What is it that gives Alberta her confidence? And at this moment, I want to see her vulnerable.’ As an individual, if I don’t ride or die for myself, no one else can.”
