FX Updates ‘Reservation Dogs’ For Season 3 – Hollywood Outbreak

Idiot! Better medicine is on the way! FX’s Reservation Dogs, the AFI and Peabody Award-winning series from co-creators and executives his producers Sterling Harjo and Taika Waititi, has been renewed for season three. It was announced today by FX’s President of Original Programming, Nick Grad. Streaming exclusively on Hulu, the series is currently airing its well-received second season. The third season will premiere exclusively on Hulu in 2023.

“Reservation Dogs continues to thrive, with critics, fans and awards alike all acknowledging the extraordinary brilliance of the series created by Sterling Harjo and Taika Waititi. Filmed on location in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, Reservation Dog is a breakthrough in the representation of Indigenous peoples on television, both in front of and behind the camera. This one-of-a-kind creative team tells stories that resonate with them and their lived experiences.

In its first season, Reservation Dogs placed on more than 80 critics’ year-end best lists, won a Gotham Award for “Breakthrough Series – Short Form”, won two independent spirit awards, and won AFI TV Program of the Year and a Peabody Award Winner.
