Deepika Padukone recently joined Kim Kardashian, Bella Hadid, Beyoncé and Ariana Grande to determine the 10 most beautiful women in the world using a Greek method scientists call the ‘golden ratio of beauty’. Listed as one of man’s most beautiful women.

Other names on the list include Jodie Comer, Taylor Swift, Jordan Dunn, Zendaya and Ho Young Jung. Most interestingly, Deepika Padukone is the only Indian to appear on this highly coveted list of beauty golden ratios to which the formula for determining physical perfection applies.

Deepika Padukone has a prodigious yet very real global appeal, and this is not particularly surprising as he is the first face of India that the brand tycoon is betting on. The biggest deciding factor is the fact that global luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chopard, Cartier and Tissot, as well as pop culture heavyweights such as Levi’s and Adidas, have chosen Deepika Padukone as their brand ambassador.

Until now, no luxury brand has chosen an Indian or other international celebrity as its brand ambassador.

Arguably India’s largest global brand ambassador, Deepika’s stardom is unshakeable both nationally and internationally. From being the only Indian on the jury of the 75th Cannes Film Festival to making her headlines MET Gala Even the recognition she has received for her work in film and mental health advocacy as a TIME100 Impact Award winner.
