A year after being released from prison, Raj Kundra posted:

Raj Kundra wrote on Twitter: It’s only a matter of time before justice is served! The truth will soon be revealed! Thank you trollers for making me stronger. He posted a picture of himself with the words, “If you don’t know the whole story.. shut up!!” he is written on it.
Kundra was arrested in July 2021. He was charged under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), the Information Technology Act and the Women’s Obscene Expressions (Prevention) Act. He has since been released on bail in the September 2021 gubernatorial election.

In a statement previously released on social media platforms, the businessman said the entire episode was nothing more than a “witch hunt”. We hope that our privacy will not be violated by this ongoing “media trial.”
“Trolling, negativity and toxic public perception is so debilitating. Frankly, I don’t hide my face in shame, but this ongoing media trial has made me feel no more. I hope that my privacy will not be violated.My priority will always be my family and I have no other issues at this time,” he said.
